CLERK OF COURT & COMPTROLLER

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

2025 Passport Events: Extra Hours on Saturdays & Evenings

The Hillsborough County Clerk of Court and Comptroller’s Office is one of the agencies authorized by the U.S. Department of State (DOS) to review and accept U.S. passport applications before they are sent to the DOS for processing. Our Official Records department accepts these applications during normal Clerk business days, which are Monday through Friday. However, Clerk Cindy Stuart periodically opens up our Passport offices and offers passport application acceptance on a Saturday or hosts evening hours to help those customers who just cannot get here during the normal workweek to have their passport application reviewed.
