The Hillsborough County Clerk of Court and Comptroller acts as an acceptance agent on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. The Clerk’s Office collects and forwards all necessary documentation, identification, and fees to the Department of State, who issues the passport.
We accept passport applications between 8-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at any of our three locations.
