  • Hillsborough County Cases Only

A person is not eligible if his or her driver license is suspended or revoked due to:

  • DUI
  • Failure to fulfill court-ordered child support
  • Traffic-related felony
  • Failure to complete a driver training program, driver improvement course, or alcohol or substance abuse education or evaluation program
  • Habitual Traffic Offenders

* Reinstatements available under certain circumstances (No administrative suspensions, and no out of county suspensions)
