Lost your license? Regain your freedom behind the wheel with our Driver’s License Reinstatement-Assistance Event. No registration is required. 

Date: April 1-3, 2025

Who is eligible to participate in this event?

Pursuant to Florida Statute 322.75 a customer is eligible for reinstatement under the program if their license was suspended due to:

  • Driving without a valid driver's license
  • Driving with a suspended driver's license
  • Failing to make a payment on penalties in collection
  • Failing to appear in court for a traffic violation
  • Failing to comply with any provision of Chapter 318 or this chapter
  • If the period of suspension or revocation has elapsed
  • If they have completed any required course or program

A person is not eligible if his or her driver license is suspended or revoked due to:

  • Child Support - Financial Obligation
  • DUI Suspensions
  • Traffic cases on active probation
  • Case with a future court date
  • Suspensions for Financial Responsibilities
  • Customers who have elected or have been ordered to complete Driver improvement School and do not have a certificate of completion on record. 
  • Customers actively paying a collection agency (within the previous 6 months)
  • A traffic-related felony
  • The person being designated as a habitual traffic offender under S.322.264

Are there up-front costs to participate in the program?

The following are due at the time of enrollment:

  • Program enrollment fee of $25
  • D6 and Delinquent fees (for each case)
  • Deposit of 10% or $100 (whichever is less)
  • $60 License Reinstatement fee, if eligible

What form of payments are accepted?

Cash money orders, cashier's checks, or personal checks. Credit cards accepted: VISA, MasterCard, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Note: there is a 3.5% surcharge applied for credit card payments. 

* Reinstatements available under certain circumstances (No administrative suspensions, and no out of county suspensions)
