Hillsborough County Clerk of Court and Comptroller Cindy Stuart invites you to attend the Clerk’s ‘Tie the Knot’ Community Wedding Event on Valentine’s Day, Wednesday, February 14, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Joe Chillura Courthouse Square in downtown Tampa located at 600 Kennedy Blvd. Tampa, FL 33602. The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be officiated by Clerk Cindy Stuart. Spanish and ASL translators will be available.

Couples must register using this linked form. Registration is required to participate in this event. Registration will be open from December 18th, 2023, through February 9th, 2024, OR until the 50-couple capacity has been reached. Marriage licenses must be obtained between December 18th through February 9th to be eligible. Capacity is limited to 50 couples. We respectfully request couples limit guests to four people per couple.

At the conclusion of the event, couples will receive a special Commemorative Marriage Certificate. The Official Certificate of Marriage will be mailed within one week from the date of the ceremony. The Clerk has waived the normal $30 ceremony fee. Standard license fees will still apply.
