Property and mortgage fraud is one of the fastest-growing white-collar crimes in the United States, according to the FBI. Unfortunately, Hillsborough County has become a hotspot for Property Fraud.
Our office is proud to offer a free property fraud alert program that gives homeowners a heads-up when a document is processed in Hillsborough County with their name or business name.

While this service may not prevent fraud from happening, it provides an early warning system allowing property owners to take appropriate action should they believe fraudulent activity has occurred with their property.
