Clerk’s Administration team members visited Tallahassee during Clerk’s Day at the Capitol during Florida’s legislation session. The team had a full schedule, visiting Hillsborough County Delegation members to speak about the Hillsborough County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller’s legislative agenda. They also had the opportunity to walk on the House and Senate floors.

Property Fraud is on the rise - a Florida couple recently pleaded guilty to multiple counts of organized fraud. Don't be a victim! The Clerk’s office offers a property fraud alert that will notify a homeowner within 48 hours whenever a document is recorded in Hillsborough County using their name or business name.

We perform marriage ceremonies daily. Many couples dream of getting married on Valentine’s Day, and we are happy to be able to make these dreams come true in this beautiful ceremony. Victor D. Crist officiated a ceremony for 37 couples during our annual ‘Tie the Knot’ ceremony.
