Deadlines and Instructions for Filing Petitions
This document reviews the initial filing requirements. The deadline to file a value petition will be printed on the TRIM Notices that are mailed by the Property Appraiser in August. Deadlines for exemptions and greenbelt issues may vary. Call the VAB office for dates.
