For non-Department of Revenue child support cases, submit by mail or in person the Request for Direct Deposit form, along with a voided check for the bank account you want the money to go into, to:

Processing your request may take up to 7 business days. Until the change has taken effect, you may still receive paper checks.
NOTE: Direct deposit cannot be created for Department of Revenue Child Enforcement cases.
