The Hillsborough County Clerk's Office now offers TurboCourt filings from any location at your convenience. With a self-guided interview, TurboCourt empowers domestic violence survivors to answer a series of questions, generating the necessary forms to initiate an injunction for protection based. Once the forms are created and submitted through TurboCourt, the documents are electronically filed via the ePortal to the Clerk's Office.

All injunctions e-filed after 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day. In case of emergency domestic situations, it's crucial to contact law enforcement immediately for immediate assistance.
