Direct Deposit

Personal Time Off (PTO) and Personal Days

PTO is a combined vacation and sick benefit, and total annual PTO earned is based upon position classification and years of service.

Personal Days are an additional benefit for permanent employees. An employee may accrue up to 2 personal days a year*.

Unused personal days do not roll over at the end of a calendar year but unused PTO does (up to a set maximum).

*Personal day accruals are based on the date the employee started working in a calendar year.

Civic Leave

Pay to serve on jury duty or attend court as a witness

Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA)

May be approved after all FMLA is exhausted

Bereavement Leave

May be eligible for up to 3 days paid after death of immediate family member

Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)

May be eligible for up to 12 weeks

Military Leave

May be eligible for up to 240 hours per year

Domestic Violence Leave

May be eligible for up to 3 days of paid leave to seek an injunction for protection, obtain medical care/mental health counseling, secure your home, obtain victim services or seek legal assistance
