IMPORTANT SERVICES NOTICE: Customer service hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday at our Plant City and Tampa Courthouse locations. The Brandon Service Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.  Restraining Order services may be accessed at the Plant City and Tampa Courthouse locations from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and from 7 AM to 10 AM on Saturdays, Sundays and during holidays at our Tampa Courthouse location. Please check our holiday schedule to make sure we are open on the day you plan to visit in person.If you aren't able to meet your needs online, through email, mail or phone, see which of our locations offer that service by selecting from the list below. For many of our services, you can save yourself some wait time by using ClerkExpress, which allows you to "get in line now", saving your place in line as though you were already here (similar to call ahead seating at a restaurant). You can make an appointment for marriage licenses, marriage ceremonies, passport applications, family law, traffic ticket business, probate, child support, civil cases, criminal cases, juvenile, home solicitation permit services and review case files at certain locations.
