HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) Records

The BOCC Records Department was established and given functions based on Florida Statutes 28.12 and 125.17

Do you want to speak at a BOCC virtual meeting?

You must register in advance in order to speak at a virtual Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) public meeting or hearing. Please use this sign up link on the County's website [external link] to get your name on the list. You will then receive instructions from the County on how and when to call in.

The speaker signup forms are opened by County IT for sign up 48 hours before the start of a scheduled meeting or hearing. BOCC Public Comment closes 30 minutes before the meeting start time due to the technical process that is performed by County IT to allow for the meeting to take place in the virtual environment. Prioritization is on a first-come, first-served basis. Up to three minutes are allowed for each speaker. Audiovisual presentations, such as PowerPoints, digital photos, audio, and video files for public comments are not accepted at this time for display during virtual meetings because the technology currently does not support this. However, presentations may be submitted for insertion into the official record through the sign up form.

Beginning February 1, 2019, Hillsborough County Clerk websites will no longer support TLS versions 1.0 and 1.1. Only TLS version 1.2 will be supported. If you are using unsupported web browsers, old versions of the browsers or have not enabled your browser to use TLS 1.2 to connect to our records search websites after this date, you will begin receiving error messages.
Why are we disabling TLS 1.0 and 1.1?
