The family forms are designed for use by everyone, but are especially helpful to individuals who wish to represent themselves (pro se) in court matters related to family law. Not all motions or other documents that would be required in any given individual's specific case will be found here. What you will find are forms that the Florida Supreme Court has approved for public consumption, based upon opinions the Court has issued.

For each instance of lobbying, all persons must sign a "Lobbying Registry" maintained in the reception office of each county department. In the event a lobbyist activity occurs outside a county office, it is the responsibility of the lobbyist to complete a registration form and forward the completed registration by mail or fax to the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court.

File a Petition Online
After September 14, petitions will not be accepted online. Call the VAB Clerk at (813) 276-8100, 4354, for instructions. If you have filed a 2009 petition, you can sign in and review your petition file online. If you do not have a password, call the VAB Clerk.
Deadlines, Fees, and Instructions for Filing Petitions
September 14, 2009, was the deadline to file a value petition. Deadlines for exemptions and greenbelt issues may vary. Call the VAB office for dates. This document reviews the initial filing requirements.

Request to File with VAB after the Statutory Deadlines - Form and Instructions
When filing late, an explanation of the circumstances that caused you to miss the filing deadline must be submitted along with the petition and the filing fee. The circumstances will be reviewed by an Attorney, who will determine if they are sufficient to allow the petition to be considered.
Hillsborough County VAB Procedures
